As the Co-founder of Trinity Films Entertainment Group, Lazar Favors works at the intersection of creativity, culture, and community impact. His organization, Black Spirits Legacy, provides a dynamic suite of tools designed to help elevate the narratives of Black-owned spirit brands. Those early experience,s planning ambitious events through mostly grassroots support, planted the seeds for a lifelong dedication to building platforms, shaping experiences, and uplifting artists and entrepreneurs. His 20s, spent in artist development, further sharpened his ability to recognize talent, and create spaces where artistry and creativity thrive.
The Art of Gathering: What Inspires His Work
For Lazar, event curation is more than logistics—it’s a creative calling. He’s driven by the power of shared experiences, and the unique magic that happens when people from different walks of life gather under one roof. Whether it’s a film festival, spirits tasting, or creative workshop, he thrives on crafting environments where inspiration is sparked, conversations flow, and community bonds strengthen.
Designing an event from the ground up and involving himself in everything from choosing performers to shaping the atmosphere and building interactive moments is where Lazar feels most aligned with his purpose. Each curated detail is intentional — meant to ignite curiosity, celebrate individuality, and leave attendees with memories that linger long after the event ends.
